Sessions are offered for personal and professional development including assertiveness, raising self-awareness, stress management, anger management, transforming the negative into a positive force, listening skills, communication skills, finding oneself, life coaching, relaxation. Teaching counselling skill
Counselling skills are very useful tools in various settings such as schools and hospitals. Also specific skills such as listening skills or communication skills are beneficial to learn in customer services or call centre settings in order to deal effectively with enquiries and complaints. Research
Apart from research projects already undertaken, some of the current research interests cover: the differences in group dynamics between individualistic societies and collectivistic societies; minority issues; and emotional care for those with cancer, including the cultural context.
